well im starting a new diet...i was doing atkins and got some results but was cheating half the time so i wanted to get real strict. here is what i came up with. let me know what u guys think.
wt: 425( down 45lbs! )
bf: 51%

1 tbsp flax oil
meal 2
1 cup oats
6oz. chicken breast
meal 3
1 cup oats
6oz. chicken breast

2 scoops procomplex in water
1 tbsp flax oil

8oz. sirloin steak
meal 6
2 scoops procomplex in water
1 tbsp flax oil
it end up being like 320g protein, 120g carbs, 80-90g fat(42g from flax)
so what do u all think?
