I'm preparing for my 1st cycle and can't get straight answers for calorie requirements on gear. My cycle is:
Nandrolone Norma 400 mg/week/8weeks
Test Propionate 150mg/week/8weeks
Winstrol Depot 150mg/week/8weeks
PCT – Clomid 3weeks
My stats are 27 yrs, 6'0", 195, 11%bf
I'm looking add a modest amount of lean mass. I do not want to pack on 20lbs and look like a bloated no neck. If you can't see your abs I'm not interested in your diet.
The best I can gleam from other threads is about 5,000 clean cal per day, over 7 meals, around 50/30/20 P/C/F.
Also, anyone add dextrose to post lift shake? amount?
Finally, I know once people see someone asking questions for their first cycle they just flame them for their choice of gear and tell them to do more test and more research. I appreciate advise on my cycle but also please answer my diet question, then tear me a new one.
