I am a recent college grad, and finally have the money to purchase quality food to feed my muscles! Right now I have a job at an office, working from 8-5. We have a refridgerator, microwave, and a blender handy. I am a firm believer as food being the building block of any cycle, with or without AS. This summer I would like to build muscle while not putting on much body-fat. Then starting about October I will begin to put on some straight mass. Any info on food intake (specifics), times to eat, and supplements would be greatly appreciated!!! There will be no AS used this summer, but this winter I plan on AS usage to help bulk up. Thanks guys...stay swoll!!

Just keep it very basic and easy, you should consume 1-1.5 grams of protein, from foods like chicken, tuna, lean red meat, fish, turkey breasts, and egg whites. Keep your carbs complex like oatmeal, rice, yams, and veggies. If you are not looking to gain a lot of weight, keep your carbs in the morning and early afternoon. Eat 5-6 meals a day, and drink tons of water...Protein shakes and bars are good when you are on the go. Prepare all your meals beforehand and put them in containers so you they are ready to go, this prevents snacking on foods you shouldnt be eating:) As far as supplements....a good multivitamin, creatine, glutamine.....etc. The food you eat is the key!!
