I am a recent college grad, and finally have the money to purchase quality food to feed my muscles! Right now I have a job at an office, working from 8-5. We have a refridgerator, microwave, and a blender handy. I am a firm believer as food being the building block of any cycle, with or without AS. This summer I would like to build muscle while not putting on much body-fat. Then starting about October I will begin to put on some straight mass. Any info on food intake (specifics), times to eat, and supplements would be greatly appreciated!!! There will be no AS used this summer, but this winter I plan on AS usage to help bulk up.
