Hey bros....open to any feedback

I'm 26 years old....lifting for about 7 years....I'm 6'0 200 lbs, pretty lean already--I'd say about 9-10% bf

Looking to get as lean as possible with keeping this weight. I don't want to call it a cutting diet b/c I'm not in a significant calorie reduction mode

Wake up 7:30 60 grams protein 100% whey 120 calories of complex carb mix

9:30 10-12 egg whites with oatmeal or fruit (blueberry / blackberry)

11:30 Snack....either Tri-o-plex bar (best bar out there, but waiting to try Need2's) or pea nut butter

2 Lunch -- was eating sliced turkey on whole wheat, but really cleaning up and eating chicken breast, with brown rice and fat free cheese

5pm Pre workout-- 60 grams 100% whey protein 30 grams of complex carbs

ECA pre-workout energy

5:45 workout

7:15 post workout 60 grams whey malto / dextro mix

8:15 turkey burger or 96% lean ground beef, slice of fat free cheese on slice of arnolds double protein bread

10:45 Casein shake, 40 grams

I appreciate any and all feedback, but looking mostly for expert feedback--those guys that have taken it to the next level....I think I look very good now--want to look GREAT!

this is a very clean diet bro. everything looks fine, imo. except i dont know what the carb mix is at your first meal. on your snack, either use needto's bar or another meal with complex carbs and protein, such as chicken and rice or oatmeal and eggs. other bars are loaded with unnecessary nutrients. also, you could drop the whole wheat bread and use brown rice instead. i think brown rice is better because its just rice. the bread has other ingriedients (sodium, sugar for example). but all in all, i think this is a very good diet.

I use cytocarbs complex carb mix. I like it a lot and very easy to tweak the amount of calories you are getting in

Can't wait to try Need2's bars....though I think the tri o plex bars are about the most nutritious / natural bars I have seen.
complex carbs, high in fiber, and high protein. None of that chocolate ish coating and stuff

I agree with cutting the bread. Also, add more vegetables and drink 1 to 1.5 gallon of water. This will keep your muscles hard and will make you leaner faster.

Yes!!!

The more green veggies you can fit in the better imo. One to one and a half gallons of water per day is spot on especially when bulking. Dehydration = Catabolism.

Everything else looks good. Are you counting macros?

I'm definitely not bulking. Cutting if anything but I think that is not quite accurate either. It's not like I have a show or anything like that where I have a tight time parameter. Just trying to get as lean as my body will allow while keeping a good size.
Yeah, definitely agree about the water

Thanks for the veggie advice, will definitely incorporate this.

Not officially counting macros, more just how I feel / look. B/c I know I am not consistenly burning the same amount of cal's each day. Sometimes I will do intense cardio such as sprints / agility work, etc and other days do absolutely nothing. But with the carb supplement, it is easy to adjust cal's by how I feel.

I understand you're cutting, which is why I suggested cutting the bread out and adding vegetables and water. It makes no difference whether you're doing a show or just want to look like you are; is the same process.
Us competitors can't get lean over night either. Is a slow process, imo.

Counting macros will help you a great deal, or you'll be making gains (in leanness) back and forth. By counting macros, you'll consistently be burning fat without the risk of burning muscles or putting bf back on.
