Hi I'm just after a bit of advice on my diet, a typical day is=

Breakfast is 2 mugs of porridge oats made with skimmed milk at 8am

Whilst at work I eat 1 chicken fillet (250g) with half a cup of pasta at 10am 12pm 2pm and 4pm. Every evening I cook 2 cups of pasta and 4 chicken fillets so I can make these 4 portions,

Evening meal at about 7pm consists of=
Salad and tuna steak!

Breakfast and day time food is normally the same 7 days a week, it's only the evening meal that changes but normally is low carbs and high protein,

I'm trying to bulk up as lean as possible, I've been doing this diet for 3 weeks now and feel my energy levels are ok!

Stats are, 32yrs 245lb 6'4" and I train 5/6 times a week,

Do you need anymore info??

Thanks in advance
Dunc

Cheers mate! Yeah I do get bored of eating the same but sticking with it for a few months just to see how I handle it!

I agree...I'd add some eggs or egg whites with meal 1.

And if you want to lean bulk, where are your fats? Everyone always likes to up the carbs, but I find by adding some fat, my body has a better fuel source.

Are you tracking numbers or just estimating? I have much more focused results when I know exactly what is hittin and what's not.

Try some other options for foods. Egg whites, Greek yogurt, and cottage cheese are great ways to add protein.

Other Great complex carb sources are sweet potatoes and brown rice. If trying to lean bulk these would be much better than starchy carbs like pasta, white potatoes and breads
