It's the fucking bench - Sarge can feel me. When your pulling and squatting decent weights then benching like a one armed girlie man it is frustrating. There are some punny fucks at the gym that can out bench me - they have no clue where the bottom of a squat is, but still......
I just need to train the lift harder but my damn shoulder is preventing it. To be honest I hate benching b/c of how weak I percieve myself - only room to improve is what I have to remember.
