Power Clean: 95x10 (hang cleans till 135), 95x5, 135x5, 155x5, 155x5
Back Squat: 155x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 340x3 - hit the right saftey pin on the way down on rep #1 - not good, mind fucked and didn't have anymore to give - so 3 it was.
Leg Ext: 2 plates x12, 4 plates x10, 6 plates x6x3
I was really tired. I take my time squatting for sure. Belted at 315. I am guessing my squat performance lately is a result in a reduced leverage b/c 365 was feeling fine a few weeks ago and I don't think I could hit a triple w/ it right now
Trying to workout after lunch. I need to refocus on work a bit. Still getting used to it. My shoulder hurts like hell right now - I might have to stop doing cleans even - which stinks b/c I just started doing them.
