I just need to train the lift harder but my damn shoulder is preventing it. To be honest I hate benching b/c of how weak I percieve myself - only room to improve is what I have to remember.

It's not about weight brotha, give it time. I feel ya though. Even injured I will dead 3 or 4 plates for reps then row my weight for 1. Then my wife lays down and out benches me! Many years of shoulder problems and I just find another way to work the muscles. Keep working it and being proud no matter how many plates your pushing.
 
Weight this AM: 221.5

Todays workout:

Power Clean: 95x10 (hang cleans till 135), 95x5, 135x5, 155x5, 155x5

Back Squat: 155x10, 185x5, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 340x3 - hit the right saftey pin on the way down on rep #1 - not good, mind fucked and didn't have anymore to give - so 3 it was.

Leg Ext: 2 plates x12, 4 plates x10, 6 plates x6x3

I was really tired. I take my time squatting for sure. Belted at 315. I am guessing my squat performance lately is a result in a reduced leverage b/c 365 was feeling fine a few weeks ago and I don't think I could hit a triple w/ it right now

Trying to workout after lunch. I need to refocus on work a bit. Still getting used to it. My shoulder hurts like hell right now - I might have to stop doing cleans even - which stinks b/c I just started doing them.

If you have whitey tighties that would help me from behind, you can put shorts on for front and side views. I need to see certain points along ths hips for height differences from the rear. You can even color them in black what not main point is I am looking at the frame.

OK Fine - besides trying to pry myself into my wife's size 2 panties might be a tad much - I already know I can tear them off her but she may not like me tearing them off me.... :p

Fuckin' liar! I've had your wifes panties on many of times and it works fine. Don't be a puss your whole life!
 
Questions to start off:
Do the following movements tell me where and when you feel pain in the shoulder:
1)Comb hair
2)Brush Teeth
3)Putting hand into back pants pocket
4)Using a screwdriver and motion
5)Lift heavy object with hand supinated, like a biceps curl
6)Pretend doing a tennis serve

Describe the pain:
1) Achey
2) Dull
3) Sharp

While sleeping you say the pain wakes you up on the affected side when you sleep on it. Does it also bother the same shoulder when you lay on your other side... that arm will have a tendancy to fall forward in that position.

You found a spot in the shoulder that is the source of pain. Push on it and do the biceps curl position carrying some sort of weight what happens?

What was the audible sound you heard:
1) Snap
2) Tear

Did it get hot afterwards?

Like the doctor told you.
If this is a level 1 or 2 sprain meaning partial tear you need to ice that area.
First 24 hours you should have iced 20 minutes every hour, and perform gentle movement.
Then ice the 2nd and 3rd day 3 times during the day for 20 minutes, performing gentle movements.
After 3rd day begin rehab with progressive resistance exercises.

If it is sharp pain it is way more serious and you need to see a doctor. More then likely it is a level 3 sprain which is a full tear (which I don't think you have a full tear if you can do the bicep curl with resisitance).

A little added info on minor muscle tears:
The main function of a muscle is to contract. In doing so it broadens. The other function is to elongate. From a therapeutic point of view, this movement appears less vital. Intramuscular scarring is apt to limit full broadening of a muscle. Treatment must therefore be directed chiefly to the maintenance of such mobility as allows full, painless contraction of a muscle. Whereas active exercises cannot fail to secure the fullest posible stretching of any muscle due to it being purely passive movement so far as the injured muscle is concerned. Ability to restore the full capacity to broaden is diminished when a muscle spasms a ridge part or is affected close to its bony attachment.

Now here is why I'm recommending massage down the road after we get through teh nitty gritty:
Normal movement of the uninjured part of damaged muscle can usually be obtained by immediate induction of local anesthesia through ice application at the site of lesion since the cessation of impulses arrisingfrom the damaged area allows muscle spasm at each side of it to abate for the time. The sooner this is done after a minor rupture , the better.
Deep massage given transversly (friction) imitates normal behavior and restores the mobility of the muscle toward broadening. It is therefore indicated in all recent muscular injuries and is begun the day after the ice therapy. After treatment, the area is put into the position that best fully relaxes the muscle and voluntary contractions are carried out. This ensures movement of the muscle without tension on the healing breach so as not to re-rupture uniting fibers, and so ensures healing with full mobility.
