Weight this AM: 239 - this is the "final" weight which means I put on 29 pounds - not bad.
Deload Week
Did a bunch of 20's. Leg Press, SLDL, Leg Curl, Leg Ext, couple back machines - just trying to keep loose for the week - kinda nice not having to go into the gym w/ such a worked up mind set
Ain't that the truth. Not sure if my wife enjoys these long sweaty sessions as much as I do but the nail marks in my back make me think she does..........
