Since you don't answer Bunny posts that don't have (usually imaginary) sexual undertones, I'll repeat her question: how is/was the deload? ;)

Also, what's your plan for the next block of training?

And, while I'm bombarding you with questions, how much water weight, if any, have you lost since your "official final weight" post?
 
Fried Snickers are just as they sound, a batter dipped, deep fried Snickers bar. At the state and county fairs of PA's farmland, I either get them...or fried Oreos, then hit the "guess your weight" booth, lol.

I've even had fried cheese cake which was one of the best things in this world. After about 2 1/2 slices it gets pretty rough. :worried: I like to make my way over to the arm wrestling scene and talk shit to all the rednecks. After about 3 or 4 rounds I end up getting beat left handed (I'm left handed) by a 65 year old guy with a 2 foot beard. Corn fed freak that done nothin' but load hay all day. :worried:

First off sex is very important to me - undertone, imaginary, whatever - all of it.

I am down to 229 so far and my diet is not clean at all. I need to rededicate myself. I have cut my cals back but am still drinking a gallon of milk a day, eating some various cady (fucking haloween) and stuff like that - I will be going "clean", dropping milk to 1/2 gal a day and stuff like that, going down to 2700 cals per day in a week or two - THanksgiving is in a week, my B-Day is Dec 1 and then X-mas so cutting all this water will have to wait I think.

I will start a new 5x5 next week on Monday I think. May do the 5x a week routine Tony made for me. Not sure I want all that work - I think I want a 4x per week routine so I am playing w/ it today.

Today for lunch I am eating a ton of food - that is for sure.

Make sure you keep this log going and I would keep it 3xwk. That way you will have time to rest. I think rest is key with 5x5 training...

I think I am just going to do the 5x5 and see if I can make a decent run at it. I have to make some small changes like doing front squats on Wed and BTN PP's then as well. So it will look like:

Monday
Back Squat: 5x5
Flat Bench: 5x5
DB Incline: 3x15
GP Row: 5x5
Chins: BWx ME x 3

Wednesday
BTN Push Press:5x5
Front Squat: 4x5
Deadlift: 5x5
Decline Abs: 3x20
30 min HIIT

Friday
Back Squat:3x5,3x3
Flat Bench:3x5,3x3
DB Incline: 3x15
GP Row:3x5,3x3

Saturday
Biceps, Tricep, Shoulder, Calf fluf and HIIT

I would like to incorporate some breathing 20 reppers per a recomendation from Shadow so I will rotate Mondays doing either 20 rep squats or 20 rep deads for a while and see if I like it.
 
Trained yesterday - deload is over - tinkering this week w/ maxes and so forth:

Back Squat: 135x10, 225x5, 315x5x4, 225x12 - 315 was heavy and I don;t think I could ahve done a 5th set so I did a back off.
GP Row: 95x10, 135x5, 165x5, 185x5, 205x5, 225x5 - really happy w/ 225 on this lift
Lat Pull Down: 185x8x3
Decline Abs: BW+10lbs(behind head) x20x3 - finally added weight - took 10 weeks!

Decent day - I love to fucking squat. I got a little discouraged by the effort required to get my reps in as I felt a tad stuck a few times. My diet has been way off lately - not enought and not that good either so that is the culprit.

I was thrilled on the rows - not sure why but 225 looks way better than 205!
 
Trained Wednesday - woke up on Wednesday morn at 5am puking my guts out - got a bad piece of chik the night before I guess...... anyway, couldn;t hold down food or water till noon. So I only got in 2 decent meals before I trained - I know I should have skipped it but I didn't want to - it was pretty pathetic at points......


BTN Push Press: 95x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 185x5
Front Squat: 95x5, 135x5, 185x5, 225x3
Deadlift: 135x5, 225x5, 315x5, 365x3

Felt like dogg shit afterwards - supprise supprise right!

I need to get re-focused on my diet big time.
