You body may not like everything you're putting into it, maybe it needs to adjust, maybe it will hate you & make you swell up. You NEVER know, everyone is different.
You will get bigger, your waist will fluctuate, same with the scale... one day you might have a double chin...or maybe a hint of 4 pack ... this is where you learn what works (and what doesn't) for your body ... so adjust the mind to match that focus you put in at the gym ...

I just might do that. I hear ya - my back is pretty pumped. I am sitting at 50mgs a day right now split in 2 doses - see'ing if I like the higher dose. My back didn;t get as pumped yesterday as it did for my last leg workout but it got pretty pumped. Sitting at my desk all day is not that fun.
