You body may not like everything you're putting into it, maybe it needs to adjust, maybe it will hate you & make you swell up. You NEVER know, everyone is different.

You will get bigger, your waist will fluctuate, same with the scale... one day you might have a double chin...or maybe a hint of 4 pack ... this is where you learn what works (and what doesn't) for your body ... so adjust the mind to match that focus you put in at the gym ...

Will there be BAD days? You bet your ass ...

I just might do that. I hear ya - my back is pretty pumped. I am sitting at 50mgs a day right now split in 2 doses - see'ing if I like the higher dose. My back didn;t get as pumped yesterday as it did for my last leg workout but it got pretty pumped. Sitting at my desk all day is not that fun.
 
Weight this AM: 222.5

Today was Pec/Delt/Tri:

Flat Bench: 95x12, 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 195x3, 135x10 - I am weak
Decline Bench: 135x5, 155x5, 175x5, 175x5
Seated Behind Neck BB Press: 95x10, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5, 175x3
DB Lateral Raises: 25x10, 35x8, 35x8
Close Grip Push Downs: 140x12, 140x15, `40x13

140 is the entire stack - these are nonsense and are officially out of the routine- but my triceps were toast from all the pressing so I called it a night. I am very happy to say the least. This is my first pressing day in 2 full weeks. Chest and Shoulders have a long way to go to catch up w/ Legs and Back.

I slept in today which I am finding is not good for bulking as I miss a meal. So I am staying up for a bit - need to eat 2x more today. Other than missing breakfast I ate it up today.

Use a pin from another machine and add 45 lbs. plates to the stack. That is what I do. Make sure when your finished that you drop it really hard some all the weight on the back falls off and lands on some hot little gym rats toes. Then ask to suck her toes to make it all better.

Don't get two. Remember what I used to do at Subway??? One large tuna with lots of everything and just add more tuna that you brought from home. Or you can just eat straight out of the can with some cookies mixed on...

And for each 10 lbs you get a black stripe...

And a junior black belt you earn with a 315 bench (3 plates per side).

Are you prepared for initiation?
