Shoulder is getting a ton better thanks to Bunny and her mash it till it dies method. Painful but potent - just how I like it!

I understand! I'm floating around 220-224 lbs. from 185ish and am a bit worried about the "fat" I'm putting on. In 6 weeks I've put on almost an inch in my arms, over 1.5 inch. on the quads, but about 1 inch around the waist. I don't see much more fat and everything feels pretty hard but it's mind fucking me to dead. I have been thinking about cutting the cals. back or bumping cardio but I'm a beast in the gym and would hate to hurt that. I guess if you put on the size and deal with the extra "mass" you will look better when you cut down in about 10 weeks. Go big or go home..........???

Well I am big and am at my home so I will say yes? Exactly - fuck the dumb shit - I'm B U L K I N G.......then cutting. If I can go the entire cycle w/out needing bigger shorts (I wear shorts EVERY day of the year, no exceptions) then I am cool. I really like buying 36's....Really didn't like buying 42's...... but if the mass I need to push the weight I want requires a larger waist then so be it...It is about finding a good balance for me - I am not going to eat 10k a day of shit and grow like a mofo b/c historically I have a hard time getting it back off, and I still have fat around my midsection that I want gone for good....Test should AID in this, as should the GH - which starts Sunday if my fucking slin pins get here. It is a daily mental battle - I have to revert back to written goals to remember that I have a plan.

Eating like a pig can get uncomfy. But, it i worth it because what sucks worse than being a little bloated is putting on strength either at a snail's pace or inconsistently (one good workout, one shitty one etc).

A lot of discomfort and bloat is just water from all the eating and the gear though.

And yeah, eating lots of clean calories can be a chore, which is why I just say fuck it at times and get 'em in however I can so long as I met my protein needs, lol.
 
Weight this AM: 222.5 - up 3lbs from Yesterday?

Yesterday was legs:

Squats: 135x10, 225x5, 275x5, 315x5, 335x3, 355x1, 365x0
Leg Press: 720x12, 900x10, 1000x8 - barley squeezed out the last 3
Standing Alt. Leg Curl: 50x10, 70x10, 90x8 drop set 50x10
Abductor/Inductor: - 150x8, 170x8, 190x5 - I do this every other leg day. :rainbow:

I was proud of myself for not tinkering. The workout took 1.5hrs but legs always take a while. I failed just looking at 365. My plan was to repeat my DL #'s from MOnday and hit 405x1. At 315 a guy asked me how many I had left. I replied w/ "Not sure, I am working up to singles so it may be 3-4 more sets". He said OK and got comfy. For whatever reason I got out of my groove - maybe it was him yapping between sets. You would think the site of me drenched in sweat and lying on the gym floor (my lower back was fucking pumped!)would be enough to get people to leave me alone.

I had a ton of gas left in the tank for sure. The pumps from the Dbol are insane. I was solid as a rock for about 6 hours after I lifted - no joke. My wife grabbed may ass when I got home last night and she said it felt like a brick. She is having her own fun w/ the pumps :chomp: Not to get off on a sexual tangent but my body comp has really improved my sex life. I feel so powerful now - anyway, I like drugs.

I feel ya - I felt like Jkurz when I tpyed it except I have never seem my abs so I'm not hung on that.

Got it - eating more food would be gooder. :chomp:

I know - that would be worse. I am eating as much as I can and as often as I can. If it has to be a tad worse than ideal so be it. Fat is way easier to loose than muscle is to aquire.
 
al $.02... I don't care if you're using AAS .. if you are bulking YOU ARE GOING TO GET BIGGER, that means all over, in the waist, face, or wherever...

TO the people that eat the amount you do, train the amount you do, and TAKE whatever you do .. if they grow & get stronger without getting bigger, add some 'fat' or bloat, retain water from the amount of carbs (as well as sodium & overall cals) you're eating .. then GOOD for them, they are part of the minority here. You body may not like everything you're putting into it, maybe it needs to adjust, maybe it will hate you & make you swell up. You NEVER know, everyone is different.

You will get bigger, your waist will fluctuate, same with the scale... one day you might have a double chin...or maybe a hint of 4 pack ... this is where you learn what works (and what doesn't) for your body ... so adjust the mind to match that focus you put in at the gym ...

Will there be BAD days? You bet your ass ...
