Well - I should be up 10lbs easy b/c of the Dbol. I am not quite getting in 4k in cals yet but I will be by next week - it is HARD to get in that many clean cals - I feel like a bloated pig all day (as I typed this I pounded a shake w/ 50g whey, 3tbs of ANPB, 1 CUP of oats, and one banana). Needless to say I was still kinda full from the 8oz chik, 6 corn tortillas and about 1 gallon of Cholula from lunch (bout 2.25 hrs ago)- arriba!
So on one hand I am bulking - taking all this stuff, etc, etc. Then I am doing cardio b/c I want to be active and I enjoy going to the gym - listening to my music, etc, etc......... I feel confused today.
Shoulder is getting a ton better thanks to Bunny and her mash it till it dies method. Painful but potent - just how I like it!
