I hear ya - it is a bulldog at least - she is one hardcore little biatch! She almost devored the poor little mut that bit her - as I did as well, along w/ it's patheticly physiqued owner. That dog barely madeit out alive.....muwaahahahaha

I think so on the aggression - it was a big PR for me and since my shots started I have a real can-do attitude to PR's!

I'm 5 ft. 7 inch. ass hole and about 5 ft. 9 inch. with my clogs on. I had a couple of 2x4's nailed to the bottom of them last week so I could ride the big rides with the rest of the kids. That half bread dog you have pisses if you just look at her wrong. One more thing.........you better watch your back! Next time that little skinny guy is going to push you down those stairs and spit on your bloody ass. Nice 405 bench.......lol......ass hole ...I love you.......sorry.....
 
Congratz Bro!!! Great pulling... definetly, i remember distinctly where I was and how it went when I pulled 405 for the first time... did you take pictures and hug the trainer after... you should have, maybe that will keep him away.

Tell 'em "Come here you big pansy... gimme a HUUUUUG!"

On the shoulder - if you have problems with full range of motion it's worth having it looked at. No use gettting burned by something you could have prevented. Otherwise, I sure you can find all the stuff that's been posted lately about what to do. Use your home set of pink dumbells to exercise it 5-6 times a day using a range that's comfortable: your goal being to get that full ROM.

It sounds like the gear is kicking in too, the off the hook good mood and sex drive are always big plusses to test and d-bol.
Thanks Biggt - I was fired up to hit 405 fo sho. No worries - thanks for the reply. I always appreciate your input. I wish I could follow something closer to your routine recently laid out in your Killer thread but I need help learning a few of your favorite exercises. When the shoulder is 100% I will be training 2x a week at that Oly place I PM'd you about. You should hear the owner/coach - his accent alone got me excited.

Shoulder is getting there. Bunny gave me a few things to work on tonight and while painful I think I can see why they would work - we shall see. I think I will get to do some pressing this week.

Yes....my wife was chastising me tonight as I was not ready to "jump right back on the horse" - she made some "come on big test boy" comments ....she got it :chomp:

No - you're not - Sorry. Lee Priest towers over you...lol. Glad to see you made it to the carnival - I'm sure you and your bearded wife fit right in - tell her I said hello. Thanks for the bench compliment doucebag.

Thanks Sarge. While I did not hug anyone I did call FFQuads while walking out of the gym - needless to say he "was not impressed, call me when you pick up something heavy".

I sweat a good deal - between Trex and Amp02 (and my other assortment) I think a hug from me is just what that cycle prick needs.

Thanks ck. I am still on some what of a high. I have 4 kiddos, 2 boys (8,6) and 2 girls (3,2) and my oldest son is dying to get to train...he can wait till Dad has him in toe at the gym. He is an intense little guy.

Thanks. I have full ROM but there are certain point where it twinges a tad. If I push any decent amount of weight it gets aggrevated.
