D-BOL- SWALLOW OR DISSOLVE or CHEW?

Just swallow them. Letting them dissolve under the tounge would only be necessary should it be a sublinqual drug. Since its not, and you wont experience great bioavailability by allowing it to dissolve then swallow it. Besides they taste like shit after then first 5 seconds.
