Cycle heart beats

[FONT=&quot]Just wondering if any of you have noticed that when you are on cycle, your heart beats loud/hard... not fast.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Its only when I am in bed with no noise, can almost feel it in my throat, I have a friend stay round sometimes and when i brought it up to her she said she has noticed it over the past few days.[/FONT]

[FONT=&quot]Had me worried but from a bit of research, it seems to be put down to anxiety which is apparently a common side effect.[/FONT]

well steroids strain your heart health. you might want to check into that

Check your blood pressure. Maybe that's elevated

Some compounds can do this sure some even increase my heart rate.
