I used to use this recipe during wrestling to cut weight...added some chicken to it to give some protien...
-6 cups water
-2 to 3 tbs chicken boullion (to taste)
-2/3 medium onion
-1 cup chopped celery
-1 cup sliced mushrooms
-2 medium chicken breasts
you can eat as much as you want to basically...
you brown the chicken breasts...chop it up, then add everything in a pot and boil for approx 30 minutes.
