OK, I need a little help here. I searched the posts but I didn't find the answer.
I am currently in a cutting cycle with a diet consisting of low calories, high protein, and limited (but not elimited) carbs. I'm getting ready to really step up my cardio. (I run the stairs at the local university stadium). My question is what would be the best pre and post food and drink for this?
