my daily diet for a lean bulker consist of the following. let me know if there is anything i need to change or add.
meal 1- 10 whites, 2 packets of low sugar oatmeal
meal 2- 40g protein shake and 2 handull of almonds
meal 3- 8 pieces of cali. roll sushi, 10 oz grilled fish, broccali
meal 4- (preworkout)1 cup cottage cheese mixed w low cal. yogurt, tbps alpb
meal 5- (postworkout) 40g protiein shake, then 30 min later 8oz lean groud beef and 2 sweet potatos
meal 6- same as meal 4
