This is for a bulking stint i wanna do leading up to summer. I eat a ton so thats no problem and my bf stays low no matter what.
Incorporated into all is breakfast, lunch, dinner, preworkout shake, postworkout shake, 1 hour after workout meal, and bedtime meal/shake.

First 6 week cycle
Nutrex 1-TU stacked with Molecular Nutrition 1-T ethergels
Protein 260g per day (i know when, how much and what kind)
Workout Volume
Chest Back Legs 12-14 sets
Bi, Tri, Shoulders 9-11 sets
Calves unlimited (destroy them) abs 4 lower 4 upper
Every 2 weeks i will alternate 2 bodyparts to be worked twice. Chest n abs
Arms n Legs
Back n Shoulders

6-oxo next 4 weeks comin off to reset bodies test levels
Moderate volume

Next 6 weeks
Vitargo CGL or Plasma Expandor(undecided) and ZMA (before bed)
Glutamine pre and post workout and one more time during day
Vitamin C (1000mg day) Vitamin E (500mg day)
Protein 240g per day

Chest Back Legs 12 sets
Bi, Tri, Shoulders 9 sets
Calves Unlimited, abs undecided
 
Looks pretty solid make sure you get a good B-complex to promote Blood production and also include some a decent amount of fiber into the diet to help in digestion, maybe throw in some Flax oil or fish oils
 
B-Complex? What is that, when do i take it, and with which cycle?

Fiber is no problem since i love carrots and brocoli :)

Flax or fish oil? When do i take these and how much? Do they help with bulking?
 
B-complex you can get at any vitamin place, it has all the B vitmains such as B-12 B-6 ect... it helps a lot take it every day like a multi-vitmain plus it is water soluble so if take too much you just piss it out....

Flax or fish oil both help you utilize fat as energy and help promote a good metabolism... about a teaspoon every day....
