Critique my routine

Mon:

Back: Lat Pull downs, Seated Rows
Shoulders: Military Press
Traps: Shrugs

Tue:

Jog in the morning (30 min)

Wed:

Legs: Squats, Leg extensions, Leg Curls, Standing Calf Raises

Thu:

Jog (hobble) in the morning (30 min)

Fri:

Chest: Incline Press, Flat Press
Triceps: Close Grip Press, Dips, Tricep extensions(lat machine)
Biceps: curls

Sat or Sun :

Jog for 30 min

And, I play hockey once a week.
 
Looks solid to me. I'd add a bicep excercise on Friday to even things out. I'd also add another calf excercise on leg day as they tend to be hard to build. You might not have that problem however.

Also, I submitted a post a while back about running or doing any cardio the day after a leg workout. Might be of some interest:

Both.

I generally start out very light, and work my way up until I can only do 5 or 6 reps.
I will start doing abs once a week too, probably on Sundays, but until I drop a bit more fat, I don't see the point, you know?
