So I've been bulking for a good while now, and I just want to hear some opinions and some suggestions on how I might be able to make my diet better. This is how I've been attempting to eat every day for the last few months.

Breakfast (6am): 5 whole eggs, sprinkle of cheddar, half cup of oatmeal, glass of skim milk, apple orange or banana, Green tea.

Coffee break (10am): I large sandwich, chicken and cheddar on whole wheat, approximately 200-225 grams of meat. Apple.

Lunch: I large sandwich (12-1pm), beef and spinach on whole wheat, approximately 200-225 grams of meat. Carrots or celery.

Snack: Any time I feel hungry during the day I'll have a handful of Almonds. This is probably once a day.

Pre workout Shake (4:30 pm): 2 scoops of whey, half cup of oatmeal, tablespoon of peanut butter, banana, skim milk.

Dinner (7:30-8:30): I'll either make: A) Extra lean ground beef burritos, with beans, peppers, spinach, onions, tomatoes, tiny bit of sour cream salsa, and cheddar.

B) Chicken breasts, white rice, veggies.

Dinner is basically I eat until I'm uncomfortably full. Which means over 1 pound of ground beef, or 2 chicken breasts.

Occassionally if I feel like I need more calories or protein, or for some reason missed meals throughout the day I'll have about 350-400 grams of cottage cheese before bed. Probably with a bit of fruit in it.

If someone can tell me off the top of their head how many calories they think this is per day I'd appreciate that also. Also, I know a lot of poeple are going to shit about me eating whole eggs. But I'm not worried about cholesterol, and I have a pet peeve for wasting food. Plus I want more calories.

The general rule is try to have many small meals, rather than few big meals. That is generally because an average body can consume a max of 30 grams of protein per one sitting.
