I am currently on a 6 week cycle of 40 mg Var ED. I am doing this as a cutter, while trying to gain muscle. I know people say you cannot do both at the same time, but i am going to try it for myself first.

I will be eating low carb, moderate fat and high protien. In one day i consume about 300 protein, 100 fat (Mostly good fats). The only carbs I eat are veggies.

On workout days there is a slight modification to this diet; before a workout I take, MCT oil to fuel my workouts. Following my workouts I take 40dextrose 40 protein, then my post workout meal is 50 protein 60 very good complex carbs such as oatmeal or sweet potato. Those are the only significant carbs i take in, just to replenish my glycogen stores after the workout.

Cardio Is done 45min In the morning on an empty stomach (except for 10g glutamine).
Cardio is also done following every workout for 20 minutes, before taking my PW shake.
All cardio done is at a very slow pace, with HR at 120.

Sample meals for the day

9am eggs, 6 white 1 yellow, 1 small chicken breast, two tablespoons of flax, and 3mg of CLA.

11:30, Preworkout shake, MCT Fuel, and 50g of protein 10creatine

11:40, Lift+cardio

1pm PW shake, 40 dextrose, 40 protien, 10 creatine

2:30 PW meal, 2 chicken breasts and 1 sweet potato

5pm Deit meal (Lean meat, veggies and good fats, like nuts or
olive oil or flax oil)

730 same

10 same

12 65g caseinate, 2 tablespoons of flax

300 protien 100 fat, 120 carbs. calories about 2500.

Let me know what you guys think.

How much do you weigh?

Also, when you drop carbs, and increase protein (without increasing fat) you reach a point of diminishing returns on the protein....or in other words, the protein not used for muscle repair, etc., gets converted into glucose anyway (e.g., via gluconeogenesis).

But yah, this will all depend on present body weight.

im 175, and about 10-12%bf. I actually probably get a little more fat than that, and more protein. Each of those no/low carb meals has about 25 fat 50 protien. Protein is probably at about 350 and fat is about 130. This makes my calories at about 3000, which should be a little over maintainence.
Do you think i will be able to lose fat with the cardio?
Will that be enough carbs to refill my muscle glycogen stores? Or will i need a Carbup every week?
