Critique my cycle diet/training routine

Final bump for the evening.

Whoever responds to this and gives me their opinion will recieve one (1) fina pellet in the mail courtesy of The Almighty. This one (1) pellet is enough to make 0.013ml of fina.
 
Throw in some test with the fina. You need to gain some weight. I like fina a lot but without test it does not seem to work nearly as good. The winstrol is not necessary unless you are using it to block gyno which is very rare from fina no matter what you read here. You would do much better with fina and 500mgs of test a week with a little noveldex or arimidex.

I agree with that without a doubt. However, budget cuts made me make a choice, and I have heard nothing but good about fina/winny cycles. Also, this is my first time using both of these drugs, so hopefully I will be getting some good results.

Anyone else care to offer an opinion? Remember, one free fina pellet!
 
those two AS are the drug of choice for awesome strength gains and staying lean. Are you looking to get shredded or you don't care and just want to gain lean muslce mass? it looks to me that your training schedule looks pretty good. Exept maybe i wouldn't eat that many hamburger patties unless i was on a low carb diet, i would meat to everyother day, but if you don't gain fat that easily then stick with the program. Protein intake looks good and it looks like your know what your doing..Let me know how the cycle goes bro.

What are you trying to do- gain strength, mass, cut up? at 13% bf and the winter season approaching seems like you'd want to mass up. Your diet looks pretty isometric which I like, especially if you're leaning up. The training split you chose is somewhat different such as back/shoulders and doing back 2 days after bi's. Why not work shoulders with chest since they are warmed up and somewhat pre exhausted? Looks like you plan to really trash your arms with that workout- have alot of mass builders in there compared to the rest of your bodyparts. I'd add in a compound exercise to your back workout- deads, bent rows, good mornings. The front/side raises superset is good but what about your rear delts? Hope this maybe helped a bit and happy growing with your cycle bro!

Switched, I am going for mass here with hopefully a drop in bodyfat if im lucky. This will be my first time using fina, and I hear tales of people putting on 15 solid pounds in 4 weeks. I do like you idea about my training split. I may have to use those ideas.

Thanks for the replies you guys as I said before I wanna hear what everyone has to say about it.

SwitchedOn has some real good advice to incorporate into your workout.
I'm starting the same cycle sometime in October (whenever my clomid arrives). My cycle is going to be 6-8 weeks depending on my progress.
From what I've read you should be able to add 10lbs LBM and drop a couple % on BF in six weeks.
I'd make a couple of changes in your diet. Change a couple of hamburgers to a New York strip and a chicken breast. (I'm not a hamburger fan) Also is your first meal (cereal and a muffin) at 8:30 and your next one isn't for three more hours? If so, I'd try to get some protein in their somewhere. Thats a long time for your body to go from 11pm till 11:30am w/o some protein.
