oops. yeah, it's a custom - I had a fight with P Diddy one night and decided to set myself apart from the lesser billionaires out there. chumps.

IMHO I would focus on real food instead of lots of protein shakes (and bars). Liquids have little to no thermic effect. It may not make a whole lot of difference short term, but in the long run, its better for you. Besides, protein shakes aren't very filling.... I'd be starving :chomp:
