I've been really battling cravings lately since I am dieting heavily, not to mention DNP is in the mix. I've found a meal that really works well. This is provided you even have the supps, though you can substitute them with other things.

- 1 Scoop Zero Carb Isopure, Strawberry - 100 cals, 25g protein
- 1 Scoop Glycemet IGF - 10 Cals, 9g fiber, 1g Malto.
- 1/2 Cup Oats - 150 Cals, 3g Fat, 26g carbs (2g Fiber), 5g Protein

If you don't have Isopure, just use your low carb shake. Glycemet you can substitute with some fiber from the store. Oats, well, I dunno. Oats are ace. Every bodybuilder should own a tub. This is 260 calories, 30g protein, only about 25g of active carbs, and 3g of fat. 11g fiber in one serving, plus a supp that will regulate blood sugar levels (Glycemet) - How can you go wrong?

I feel stuffed taking a sip of water after this digests. This coming from the guy who could shove 7000 calories down daily and not break a sweat, and be ready for more. ;)

Hope it helps someone out there struggling. Lord knows this shit ain't easy.

AWESOME

I do the same thing with an MRP and some psyllium husk. If I'm really in trouble, I use just the psyllium husk and sweetener with water, plus some vanilla, and cinnamon. If let it sit for a minute, it turns into a jello-like consistency. The fiber really fills you up.

damn bro.....that's pretty much what I ear for breakfast every morning. two scoops of whey protein-45g.....1/2 cup of oatmeal, and a tablespoon or two of natural peanut butter. You might want to throw some peanut butter in there, it will help slow digestion down so you can absorb more of the protein.....just a side note.

I try not to eat fat and anything that induces any kind of rise in insulin at the same time. Fat + Insulin = Problems for me.

if you eat all natural peanut butter it won't bother your insulin....especially if you eat it with a protein shake.
