I don't know what you guys are all taking about... Honestly I hated it at first... but you can make it SO MANY DIFF WAYS... all taste amazing
Option1: With cucumbers, dash of salt ( Add some tomatoes if you want)
2: With Fruits, Mostly berries (Optional: Splenda or stevia if you want)
3: With 1 Scoop of protein, and water ( Optional: splenda or Stevia)
4: With 1 scoop of Protein & ANPB!! Tastes Amazing.. (Optional Splenda or Stevia)
If you can't love one of the above, than your probably one of those people that has milk with his protein (Post Workout) because you can't stand the water.... SO Stop whining
