Cottage Cheese=Bloat?

I have been back on my diet for about 2 weeks now, i am slowly leaning out but i am noticing a little too much water weight.

i have been eating 16ozs of fat free cottage cheese with pineapple in between meal 3 and 4 for extra protien and carbs.


could this be too much sodium and causing me to bloat?

If I cut out cottage cheese what could i eat in between my meals that will give me a good amount of protien besides a protien drink?

As long as your water intake is good then you should be fine. As far as replacing it, just have some sort of lean protein or mix up a few scoops of whey with milk or water depending on your goals and daily macros.
 
thanx for your help, I am on my first cycle of var so i dont want to be bloated at all...i want to beable to see the diffrences as i change from week to week.
 
I am going to continue to eat it for the next week or so, i am doing cardio now so i know i will start to loose water.

That way i will have base to see if it is actually bloating me
