I have been back on my diet for about 2 weeks now, i am slowly leaning out but i am noticing a little too much water weight.
i have been eating 16ozs of fat free cottage cheese with pineapple in between meal 3 and 4 for extra protien and carbs.
could this be too much sodium and causing me to bloat?
If I cut out cottage cheese what could i eat in between my meals that will give me a good amount of protien besides a protien drink?
