yeah, pecans are very high in antixoidants, but I don't like the taste, nor walnuts. Cashews are my fav taste wise, but they're the only food I can't restrain myself around, so I don't buy them (very easy to eat 200 grams +)
Both have too much 06 still (even though walnuts is 4/1 o6/o3, and the best nut source of 03, I personally think that that's still not a great ratio, early man ate between 2/1 and 1/1 and much of that was not ALA, but actual EPA/DHA, so relying on ala may require even a stricter ratio).
