I am 24 years old, As far as training, I have been in sports all my life and in the gym, but didn't hit the weights hard till about a little over a year and a half ago. I have been so lucky to have had a great trainer, and friends with some bodybuilders that have been in it for a long time helping me with diet and training as well. All I can say is I never used to do cardio, but if you want to be hard and in condition you HAVE to do it. I do at least 1 hour a day, and I will soon be going up to 1 1/2 hr and then two times a day closer to contest. It makes all the difference in the world, along with your diet being right on as well. I rotate my diet and do things differently to keep my body guessing and to keep dropping bf. It gets harder as you get lower. My diet consists of a lot of chicken, tuna, turkey breasts and lean red meat. I also eat tons of veggies and fruits like grapefruit and strawberries in the morning. Everything is basic but very consistent.....Been craving like crazy lately...less than 4 weeks to go!!!!
