Yeah bro, I'm annoyed with him, he wasn't listening to anything anyone told him, seems to think he knows best. Went and did 1 rep max twice in one week and pulled a muscle somewhere. I'm fed up of explaining things to him only to have him completely ignore it. :( its sad really, he has so much potential but no desire to realise it.

2 slices while meal toast
4 eggs scrambled - I keep forgetting to separate the bloody yolks!!
100g beans
Large skinny latte

2 bananas
0.5 litre water

Ok this was a bit high, due to the brownie and pie I had, I got a fair amount of cardio planned for today so that ought to make up for it!!

Well we all work hard Cs that entitles you too some goodies once in a while , though I'd be reluctant to try my girls cooking lmao she can't cook good job I'm a mean cook!!
 
Lol, yeah I've had enough treats to last a lifetime though!

I'm lucky, my girl cooks, cleans, washes, irons and won't let me do any of it! :D

I didn't have my usual bananas before the gym today, I figure it'll help lose a bit of extra fat. Whether it will or not, it made the workout SO much harder. :D

There was a girl in the weights room today! AND she was doing deadlifts! Not very often we get a girl in there lifting actual weights, most women I know seem to think just looking at a dumbell is gonna give them arms like Arnie and the only weight they're interested in is that weird "shake weight"

Hey bro I am exactly the same on the Pull Ups. It must be something to do with strength to weight ratiio...

Bad end to the day today. I let one of the guys go early as he kept dozing off, better he go get some real sleep than have someone spot him and get him in trouble. THEN there was a fight at the club in the basement so I had to sort out some CCTV footage for the police who TOOK THEIR TIME!!!! 'kinell what do I pay them for?? Anyway, the night guys were late as well so I had to wait even longer and by the time I got to leave I didn't have time to get to the kickboxing gym! If I had gone I'd get there with about 20 mins to go before the end!

So, no sparring for me tonight! Extra glad I sacked my pre workout 'nanas now! :( interesting thing, I managed 140 punches in 1 minute today without the bananas whereas with them I usually get 170-180+ in my first one minute blast. :) a 30-40 punch difference!
