Ok crappy WO today. There's things going on at work which're cutting into my time to train so ima have to do it after work now!
I did manage to bang out a few sets of pull ups.

Chin ups
1x8 @ BW
1x6 @ BW
1x5 @ BW
1x4 @ BW
1x3 @ BW
1x1 @ BW negative, I got myself up there and just held on until my arms were straight.

Pull ups
2x5 @ BW
1x4 @ BW
2x1 negative @ BW

I don't know what's going on here I'm finding pull us and chin ups so much harder recently!

Chin ups gettin harder as ur packing muscle on which is basicly same as addin plates,all good mate

I hope that's the case! I have put on 1.2kg in the past 2 weeks. Dunno how much was muscle though ;)

I love the chin ups there a great builder, I kinda miss doing split routine sometimes, But the gains off this 5x5 are amazing Im so happy with them and there more to come ........

Ok sitting here trying to force down my dinner. I have no idea why I'm finding it so hard to eat today! I didn't manage to eat all my lunch today and now I'm just feeling sooo full, and I've had less than 2,500 cals! in fact I've not managed to meet my cal requirements all weekend! So I'm trying to get everything down today

Right diet for the past few days.

Saturday 18/feb/2012
Breakfast 0900
2 eggs + 4 whites scrambled
Cup of tea

Lunch
Protein drink
2 bread rolls + strawberry jam (bite me!)

Dinner
2 pork chops
0.5 cup of peas

Total cals for the day 2,520
Carbs: 29% 196g
Fats: 48% 152g
Protein: 24% 171g

Yeah shit I know...... :(

1 cup brown rice (didn't eat the second)

100g kidney beans

1 chicken breast
0.5 cup peas

Gonna try eating my other chicken breast before I go to bed.....

I think I now know why I was feeling weak in the gym! Not enough food! Silly fcukin me!!

I'm annoyed with myself, I'm letting myself slip. Gotta refocus and get my diet back on track, making those breakfast bars will be a good start!

Ok recap, I managed to force down the rest of my lunch that I missed earlier. New calorie total for the day 2,855
Carbs: 54% 385g
Fats: 15% 49g
Protein: 30% 218g - better!

I gotta go lie down now!
