Thanks I must say, I'm a bit disappointed with the pull ups. For some reason I just can't seem to break 5 at the moment. So I'm not adding weight till I can do at least 8!
I was planning on some bag work after work tonight but decided against it. Bag work seriously takes it outa you and too much can be detrimental. I'll be sparring tomorrow night so want to be reasonably fresh for that.
