Well all my clothes are pretty much to big on me even my "skinny" clothes I am starting to swim in. I know that after the comp there is a rebound just wondering where some of you have end up after you rebound etc. I don't want to be spending tons of money on clothes unless I know it will fit me most of the time. I have been just slowly adding a few things but it is insane one week something will fit fine the next it is to big.

It is about 1 month to get back to your regular off season weight. You have to determine if the weight lost was fat or water... and how you made your carb depletion phase. Be careful to not burn muscle too much, because after all the competition stress it makes it harder to regain size.

Probably expect a 15-20 lb gain within a few weeks post comp. But its mostly water. Then get back on a normal diet and you will probably get to around 15%. Mostly its up to you to keep the junking down so you don't blow up and stay blown up.

Yeah I am going to keep it in check. I think it would be hard to go back to junk as I am getting very used to being with out. A brown rice cake is like a big treat to me now. LOL

I know you got down to a size 3 right around your comp are you still wearing 3 or did it you go up a little?

I"m up a bit but the size 3's are fitting a bit tight. My shape is different this time too so the fat loss is going to be different. Instead of having to drop the fat I tend to carry in my hips & gut, alot of that is gone and I'm dealing with just a general layer of bodyfat. But I'm seeing almost daily changes w/ diet & training. Since my goal is slightly different this time, I feel like I'm seeing some shrinking in general size but still solid. But still changes coming and changes in diet & training so it will continue to vary.
