Clenbuterol when gaining weight

Hello!

This is my first post so first of all I say hello to you all! ( and sorry for the mistakes, im spanish ;) )


My doubt is if its a good idea to take clenbuterol while traing to gain strength and volumen.
What I expect with this is to get a "harder" look, and loose fat as well as getting volume ( something that seems imposible :-S )

So, you are training to gain muscle? Or lose fat? It is hard to do both at the same time, unless you are on AAS. Clen is anti-catabolic, so it can help slightly, but not much.

When you are dieting to lose fat, then you need less calories. When you are trying to bulk, or gain muscle, you need a surplus of calories. SO, as you can see, it is hard to get a deficit AND a surplus at the same time. For best results, do one at a time. That way, you can truely focus on achieving ONE goal at a time.

DIET is the true way to achieving your goals.

Why are you considering Clen? WHat are your stats? What is your training and dieting history? WHat is your current diet like?

I have considered clen because i have read that it helps to keep a hard look. The thing is that I did a diet, and lost weight, but i saw my self a bit soft eventhough i trained. So, i thought clenbu would help me with this, and also not getting too much fat with the higer supply of food.

I now use alcar for my abs, to not get them tapped, and it actually works, maybe I should just leave it like that as clenbu is not going to help me much.

I suppose stats means my height/ weight? im 169cm, 60kilos.

My training is for 3 months,these are the reps and series
week 1 + 2: 4x12
week 3 + 4: 4x10
week 5+6: 4x8
week 7+8: 4x6
week 9+10: 4x5
week 11+12: 3x3

And my diet ( i think is complicated to describe in spanish jeje):
breakfast: protein/oat
1/2 morning: turkey sandwich with tomatoe
Lunch: 100 grams rice/ meat like turkey, chicken or fish
1/2afernoon: tuna sandwich with tomatoe
Dinner: vegetables and fish. Light yoghurt
