Hello everyone I'm new here and looking for some info on a clen and t3 stack. I have taken Clem before and it gave me migraines but I want to give it another shot. I'm currently 19weeks out from a show I compete in figure. My height is 5'4 and currently weigh 139pounds.
I would appreciate any information on what higher level fitness compeitors are taking now days and thoughts on the clen and t3 stack would be awesome. I'm pretty open to suggestions this is it not something ive done and looking to take it up a notch!
