I've been doing the 5X5 routine for the past few weeks and have progressed for my large muscle groups nicely. My current split is Chest/Tri, Back/Bi, Shoulder/Leg. The problem is that after doing intense chest workouts, I have little left to get a good tricep workout, hence there has been a lack of progression and growth in my triceps. I understand that triceps and chest work together, so is my current split okay as long as by the end of the day my triceps are tired? Or should I change my routine in a way so that I can work my tris harder? Thanks a lot
