any of you guys on the ws routine ever have chest sorness all the time. i have been training ws for 8 weeks and the first week the routine was a piece of cake now my damn chest never fully recovers. and the sore point is right in the middle deep middle chest and no it is not an injury just sorness. is this common or is this a sign of overtraining? i am stronger and bigger than i have ever been and some of my friends accuse me of being on the gear. hell if i was my recovery would be great and my strength would be a hell of alot more. i will say this WS is working better than anything i have ever tried but it is very hard on the body. am i doing something wrong? or just being a pussy?
