ok, just been lifting only for a while and today started cardio again. Did about 25 min moderate and then did a 3 min sprint on the treadmill. About 2 min in I got a tightness and dull pain in my left chest. I had no dizziness or tingling sensation. Is it just because the heart is also a muscle and mine isn't used to going that fast, I guess I should really start slow??
