Alot of people have told me to focus on your chest areas, such as upper and lower, in periods, such as for a few weeks, work upper first (incline) and then for a few weeks, work lower first (flat, decline). So Ive decided I'm going to do something a little different. I'm going to change it each week. Example:

Workout A
Incline DB
Flat DB
Incline BB
Dips
Maybe Crossovers

Workout B
Flat DB
Incline DB
Either Decline BB or Flat BB, ( I really hate flat)
Dips
Maybe Crossovers

So, workout A focus's on more incline movements and B focus's on more flat and decline. I'm going to do one on one week and then the other on the next week. A then B then A ......blah, blah...Watcha think?

For one, too many exercises. It is not necessary to perfom this many exercises to stimulate all of the muscle fibers in the chest. I believe if you are performing several exercises, you are not doing a good job of exhausting your chest with a couple of basic movements. Cable movements are fluff. I would pick three good exercises for one workout. Your chest only needs 9 to 11 sets of work maximum.

You might Try:

Incline Dumbbell Presses - 3 x 10,8,6
Decline Barbbell or Dumbbell Presses - 3 x 8-10
Flat Bench Flyes or Dips - 3 x 8-10

Overall, keep it basic and simple.

Too many exercise even while on?

For me it seems the more i do the more i grow and the better i feel..it all just depends on the persons body in my opinion, give it a try for a while and see if u r overtraining, if u feel u are, scratch a few of the lifts and save them for the next time..good luck if u try this out

give it a shot bro... if it works for a while don't expect it to last forever... just like the stl rams the dream is over

lol....yeah I seem to respond well to volume. I don't know why, maybe its just the mechanics of me.

How many of you guys are willing to put that type of volume into leg training? I bet not very many.

Shit.....you think thats high volume for leg training? Geez, I wish you could have seen what the drill instructor coaches in high school made us do. It was insane. Part of the reason why I still hate doing legs today, I get flashbacks. However, my legs did get huge, but I attribute that to me growing, and being young then.

Been doing similar things for years and works really well. I always have a workout A and B to alternate. Sometimes I alternate everything or it just might be one or two things. Try and enjoy.
