I have been 'bulking up' for the past 8 weeks... I managed to put on 16lbs... some of it being fat but a good chunk of lean mass as well... I am going to Maui in 8 weeks so I started dietting down this week... back on to the dreaded treadmill!
How did I gain weight so fast? Here are some of the things I did...
-I ate about 900 eggs...
-I ate about 30lbs of horse meat...
-I ate about 100lbs of vegis
-I ate about 50lbs of sweet potatoes
-I ate about 50lbs of chicken breasts
