Hi
Im terrified of having a cheat meal on my diet ive been on it 1 and a half months now and so far cheat wise all i have had is 4 slices of pizza and a pie in all that time ! Nothing else no chocolate nothing.
I really would like to enjoy some takeaway food but im so worried that one meal will ruin a whole week or months worth of dieting i know its stupid but is it ok to have a cheat and is it likely that one meal will really make a difference on the whole scale of things ?
