Cheat meals whats the deal ?

Hi

Im terrified of having a cheat meal on my diet ive been on it 1 and a half months now and so far cheat wise all i have had is 4 slices of pizza and a pie in all that time ! Nothing else no chocolate nothing.

I really would like to enjoy some takeaway food but im so worried that one meal will ruin a whole week or months worth of dieting i know its stupid but is it ok to have a cheat and is it likely that one meal will really make a difference on the whole scale of things ?

Listen, one cheat meal per week will not have any negative impact on your diet.

Dude, 4 pieces of pizza and a pie in a month and a half, that is cheating. So for the next month and a half do the same if you want, or maybe try to cut down to a half a pie in that time span. As in, if the pie has 8 slices, eat slice a week for 4 weeks. Then have 2 slices of pizza each of the next 2 weeks.

I dont live in america mate when i mean 4 slices of pizza i mean 4 tiny one off a scililan at pizza hut ! and the pies here dont have slices u they are 4 mouthfulls max

We have small portions here the slice of pizza was about 3inches long a 2 wide !!! the pie the same size
 
here's the deal - let yourself indulge once a week or once every couple of weeks. reason? you'll be less apt to totally pig out on soemthing your not supposed to have when temptation comes calling.

Your idea of cheating doesn't have to be the same as everyone elses. Some people have whole cheat weekends, and some have a candy bar on sunday. YOU decide what's best for your bod. Cheating is a healthy thing, as long as your diet is in check the rest of the time. :rose:
 
Endulge?? No reason to.......I havent cheated in years and its all because I have no desire........I treat myself in other ways (i.e. a favorite meal - for me, its my late night feast of peanuts and cottage cheese mixed with sf jello.....), pretty soon, cheating will be out of the question......

HOWEVER - I will not forgo a nice dinner of pasta and wine if the occasion arises.......jus tmake good judgement calls and youll be fine........
