Changing training while cutting?

by the way...

i did a 10 week sustanon only cycle.. well with efedrine and some clen in the middle.

was 192, 16%bf
now 192 9%bf

same training routines but a.m cardio a few times a week.
low carbs other than pre and post workouts.

its not easy but attainable.

I have been looking into HST but there was a lot of different stuff to look through, and it seems a lot of people who are doing it aren't really bbuilders but just people getting back into shape. If you got a post that sums it up best, I read all the basics on the website but still am not that clear. Also, for those envious of the 8%, its taken a lot of work. I rarely bulk, and when I do I usually hit it very hard and make big gains.
