i just recently stopped cutting and am starting to bulk. I lift 4 days a week and i used to do LOTS of cardio, but now im only thinkin of doin 30 min 2 days a week (off days) do you think i should or not??? im 18, 5'9", ~10bf% 150lbs. Thanx
