hey guys, currently on

wks 1-6 100mg test prop eod, 30mg dbol ed 10mg nolva ed

no i am trying to gain like 8-10 lbs of muscle with this while loosing a little fat

I am eating a clean 4200 cals over my 3000 maintenance with lots of protien, eating every 3 hrs. I am also doing cardio 5x a week(3- 35min jogs, 2 ses of hill sprints 20mins) to keep in shape for rugby.
Do you think because im on such heavy androgens ill be able to gain 10lbs while maybe dropping 5lbs of fat go from 6ft 210 12% to 6ft 220 10%bf?because my diest and workouts are exceptional?

does it seem reasonable to do this?

i'm not quite sure how you plan on losing fat when you're maintanace, as you claim, is 3000 cals but you're eating 4200.:confused:
 
im doing cardio, i would think the anabolics would help with turning those cals in to muscle........?, am i wrong?

i would think my maintenance would be greater around 3500 with the anabolice i think, no fat loss?
 
from what ive seen, you either need to be in 100% bulk mode, or cuttin/fatloss mode. its hard to do both.
your best bet would be to bulk, and do it with clean foods, and focus on just adding muscle. its hard to bulk, and worry about fat at the same time. most of my bulk cycles, about 1/4 of my weight gain was fat. but for me 15lbs of muscle, is worth 5lbs of fat.

fina is the only drug i know of that can remotly come close to gaining muscle while losing fat. your cycle is pretty mild(not a bad thing) but for what u want is hard to achieve. at best i would just try to gain 8 lbs with maybe just maybe staying at the same bf% - that would be a very productive cycle in my book -goodluck tho
