Carbs?

Thanks for all the responses. The reason I asked it because I'm noticing that I'm usually eating about 40-45% carbs every day. They are mostly all coming from veggies & fruits.

As you are not on a competition diet, I am sure it is fine.

It is a good idea to eat a wide range of fruits and veggies.

See how it works for you with your goals, and if you do not see the fat loss you want in 4 weeks, it may be necessary to change the timing, amount and type of fruits and veggies.

For any type of keto diet to really work you have to have next to nothing in carbs that means limiting even green veggies. Next time you care to question my knowledge on competition dieting post a pic of your six pack with vains running through it. I get my knowledge from experience not from cutting and pasting ripping off other people work.

As far as fruits go, I eat green apples, bananas, and strawberries.
Veggies I ealt spinach, zuchinne, broccoli, green beans, and sometimes coliflower.
 
u are on a keto diet right?

Well I wouldnt eat bannanas, or any fruit for sure except maybe blueberries/berries if anything

and only 2-3 cups of only green vege a day

keto diet you have to have very low carbs even if you use the fiber count to calc your total carb count...a bannana and some other fruits would not fit into your diet

fruit wont make you fat either...but the design of a keto diet is low carb, high fat/protein is sufficent but not too high either
 
I'm not on the keto diet...I thought about it, but I have to try and up my calories as it is.......
I was just concerned bcuz I feel like a lot of my diet is carbs. On average I've been eating 2 apples and a banana per day. SOmetimes also a salad. ANd veggies.

I think I just need to broaded up my food choices, and be a little more creative. I'm getting sick of eating chicken breast 3x per day! lol
