Carb of choice.........

You might want to try Jasmine rice, it tastes better than Brown rice IMO. The nutrition values are very similar to brown rice besides having less fiber and a higher GI.
 
OK well since you children have to be so rude, I am NOT going to tell you what I eat. In fact, before you bash, you dont even know WHO is in my avatar, WHEN the person was photographed, OR anything else about what I, myself, look like or what my lifting history is.

And NO I wont post a picture because a picture has nothing to do with knowledge of human anatomy, or fitness in general. Even if I were to post a picture, Im sure you could pick a bunch of flaws out... But then again, I never said I had a perfect body.

I am atleast exploring new ideas and sharing my knowledge (and yes sometimes "ludicrious" theories, lol) with this board which is a lot more than you two do (which I'm assuming is because you lack the knowledge to do so which is quite possible from reading your malformed posts).

So please children, knock it off because I am actually trying to help people here (and gain knowledge for myself) and if you think I'm wrong - I'd gladly let you prove me wrong. Remember: Innocent until proven guilty. And for once, dont use arbitrary evidence to do so... lol

Oats, brown rice and veggies are my carb choices for cutting. While bulking whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta make the list too.

kidding bro...that's exactly what I do and you'll find its what 90% of bodybuilders do.......this is dumb to argue, but then again, thats what children do, I guess.

Hey, all I freakin wanted to know what the carb relationship (quantity) between brown rice and yams......I know figure it's about a cup for every 6oz or so....thank God it took 4 pages of junk...........

Protein - I'm charging you $200 for wasting my time.........hell, that;s what I charge my clients, and they listen........well, most of them.......
