oh lol, nah I just meant I had been waiting for JKurz's pic, sorry I should've used the QUOTE thing there. I thought you were saying I have the physique of a high school girl, which is pretty close

jk you obviously pay closer attention to cals than I do, but if you are not scared to up them, this is what I do, and its good. Brown long grain rice, and black beans are my main lunch carbs. I steam a large bowl of brown rice every sunday to last me all week. I add in organic black beans. These have so many benefts (probably the best bean for you) high carbs, protien and fiber, and even a powerful antioxidant. http://www.foodnavigator.com/news/news-NG.asp?id=48412

I usually eat chicken breats or beef with it, but lately I have been making ground lean beef, sprinkle a little bit of Taco seasoning on it, and mix it in with the bean and rice mix. Then I wrap them up in a spinach tortilla. Damn its good. But it goes good with anything, chicken or whatever. Definately a good carb source for me, I would add in the black beans though, just makes it taste better too.

You never begin to suprise me... another ignorant statement... how many bodybuilders is that again? :D

I know for myself, I cannot eat these types of foods and get lean. And I am sure there are other people like me out there. So enough with the blanket statements - open your eyes, open your mind.


If YOU are going to rip someone on their claims, at least post something to back it up.

"I've read a study" doesn't hold water bro.
