Carb of choice.........

Anyone who requests a study on this and that should realize several things:
1) dietetics is an extremely individual, highly variable science - a single pathology (for example abnormal cortisol levels) will liquidate your efforts at achieving your goals if you choose to go with the standard dietary bulking/cutting approach, not to mention personal lifestyles, training routines, etc - you can't just take one methodology and apply to every individual, rather you need a different approach per each person; none of the so coveted studies in dietetics have ever proven ANYTHING CONCLUSIVELY. ever wonder why?
2) spend your own fucken time perusing medical/scientific libraries - no one here owes you this service, and does so only out of their own prerogative and courtesy

morale: find what works for you specifically by trying out methods that you find elsewhere be it the message board, medical database or 400 bodybuilder buddies - results will show what's science, and what's fiction :o

so whats your point?....who are you sticking up for and who are u talking to?

the whole point of this argument was that protienfeind was dising the most important forms of carbs, complex carbs. saying they were no good for cutting.
