does everyone need a carb up day? im 147 lbs and i am following Absoulte's advice to stay on 20% carbs only when cutting. that means I am taking 100g or less carsba day only. My 1 day carb-up day of the week should be how much grams estimate? thanks

Good question, you are cutting and unless you are about 5 foot 3, around 165 cm...................................What are you goals, stats? What sport are you doing this for? Do you have a weight class you have to make?
On a re-feed or carb-up day, get as many as you can in, just decrease the amount of fat and protein.
