Of all the stuff available for women, especially a first cycle, var is your best bet. Tbol - have heard of lots of women using it - I'm don't know on Tbol exactly but var takes 1-2 weeks to actually "feel it" - so there's a hang time anyway. Just like any new cycle if you don't know how it will react, start low for at least 2 weeks to see how it reacts w/ the person - this is especially important for women. And before doing that, the person taking it (i.e. not you but the girl since its her body that has to deal w/ the sides or whatever reaction - as no one can guarantee any particular reaction or not-- its her own personal experiment...) -- so like Quadsweep is saying -- start at that level low - 2.5 mg 2x/ day -- I'd have to go look it up but that's probably because the 1/2 life is short (e.g. 8hrs ) so that will even out the dosage & spikes over the course of the day. But research it first - there's lots of info online about the compound itself.
